Emma Khachikian

Since March 2022, I have taken on the responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Specialist and am thrilled to share that I've recently been promoted to the position of Corporate Recruiter. My journey has been incredibly fulfilling, working collaboratively with both the Recruiting and HR teams. Throughout this time, I've relished the opportunity to broaden my expertise in data analysis, effectively organizing and leveraging our recruiting data. Concurrently, I've been actively involved in recruiting for roles across our Operations, Sales, Marketing and G&A departments.

During the summer of 2022, I had the privilege of spearheading the creation and execution of our Inaugural Viant Intern Cohort Program. This initiative has left a lasting impact, as we now annually host interns at our Irvine headquarters each summer. Guiding these interns has been a remarkable experience, providing not only support in navigating their roles at Viant but also offering valuable hands-on business and career learning opportunities.

I take immense pride in being a member of the Viant Team and contributing to our shared success.
