Since starting at Viant, I have been able to quickly grow from an entry-level Talent Acquisition Specialist, where I supported the talent acquisition team through reporting and applicant tracking, to becoming a dedicated Sr. Recruiter, where I am responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and hiring top talent. Evolving from a more behind the scenes role to interacting directly with candidates and hiring managers has been rewarding and a testament to Viant’s commitment to its employees. It is rewarding to know that I make a positive impact on the organization by building out strong, well-rounded teams through the candidates I hire.
