Devika Bulchandani  |  Global CEO  |  Ogilvy

Devika Bulchandani is global CEO of Ogilvy. In this role, she is responsible for advertising, public relations, consulting, relationship design and health across more than 120 offices in 90 countries. Prior to this, Bulchandani was global president and CEO for North America at Ogilvy. Previously, she held senior positions at McCann advertising agency, including president of McCann New York, president of McCannXBC, and executive vice president and managing director of global strategy at McCann Worldgroup. Bulchandani’s recognition includes the Effie Award for marketing excellence, multiple 4As Jay Chiat Awards for excellence in strategic planning and AdColor’s Innovator Award.


Julia Boorstin  |  Senior Media & Tech Correspondent  |  CNBC

Julia Boorstin is senior media and tech correspondent at CNBC, where she also contributes reporting and analysis to the “TechCheck” program. Previously at the network, Boorstin was a general assignment reporter, created the CNBC Disruptor 50 list, reported a documentary on the future of television and led coverage of people and companies closing the gender gap. Prior to this, she was a business reporter at Fortune and contributor to CNN. Earlier in her career, Boorstin worked for the State Department’s delegation to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and in former Vice President Gore’s domestic policy office. Boorstin is the author of “When Women Lead.” Her recognition includes being named to The Journalist and Financial Reporting’s 30 under 30 most promising business journalists list.


Americus Reed II  |  Whitney M. Young Jr. Professor of Marketing  |  The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania

Americus Reed is the Whitney M. Young Jr. Professor of Marketing at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He teaches customer analysis, branding and consumer psychology to undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and executive students. Reed has over 25 years of experience in social psychological analysis of how identity interfaces with business and is the author of 50 articles, book chapters and cases on the topic. He is a recipient of the Society for Consumer Psychology’s 2023 Distinguished Scientific Contribution Award.


Dustin Kwan  |  Chief Product Officer, Viant Technology  |  Viant

Dustin Kwan is the chief product officer at Viant Technology, an advertising technology company. With two decades of experience in product leadership, he was previously a general manager of advertising products at Amazon DSP, where he helped to build the company into one of the largest demand-side platforms in the market. In his eight years at Amazon, Kwan led advertiser experience and cookieless advertising solutions, as well as vertical ad display products and device ad products for the company, driving growth across ad channels and devices including Fire TV, Fire Tablet and Kindle eReaders. Prior to Amazon, Kwan held product leadership roles at AVG Technologies, Sendori and Ask.com. (Viant is a 2024 Festival Underwriter)
