Josh oversees revenue growth with fortune 500 brands and major agency holding companies. His primary focus is helping clients gain deeper insights into their customers’ online and offline paths to purchase, as well as strategically guiding them in how to make the best use of new emerging advertising technologies like Connected TV, Digital-Out-Of-Home and Digital Audio. Prior to joining Viant, Josh spent several years at a broadcast network canvassing major advertising agencies and brands in the traditional and digital space.
Rob Davis | President & CMO | Novus Media
Rob is a 30-year veteran of the agency world. He has led some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Allstate, Walgreen’s, McDonald’s, Disney, Kellogg’s, Airbnb and many more. He has shepherded billions of dollars investments across video, audio, and all forms of digital media. He is known as an agent of change, helping reshape the agency, individual accounts and positioning for the future.
Rob joined NOVUS in 2018 and serves as President and Chief Marketing Officer, where he drives evolution of the agency with new service models, and new hyper-local approaches to media and marketing, including custom data-driven approaches to sub-ZIPcode level audience targeting. After four years at the agency, Rob led NOVUS to win a coveted Media Agency of the Year Silver medal in Ad Age’s small/independent agency awards.
