Larry Madden

Larry Madden serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Viant Technology. In this role, he oversees all financial activities for the company, including accounting, tax, treasury, FP&A, investor relations, and corporate development.

Larry brings over three decades of experience to Viant, including more than 25 years as a CFO at a variety of fast-moving, growth-oriented companies as well as highly successful mature businesses. Larry’s industry experience is broad and extensive, spanning media & entertainment, software & technology, digital media, fashion, and marketing services. Prior to joining Viant in 2012, Larry also served as Chief Financial Officer for two NASDAQ-listed companies and as a board member of a NASDAQ-listed home entertainment company. Larry has extensive experience in managing and structuring financial and business operations on a global basis, and is also a debt and equity financing veteran, with nearly $3 billion of financing secured during his career. Larry spent the first eight years of his career at Ernst & Young.

Larry earned a B.S. in Accounting at the University of Albany and an M.B.A in Finance and Strategic Management at NYU’s Stern School of Business. He is also a CPA (inactive).
