HOW THEY DID IT

A national delivery app engaged Viant to execute upper- and lower-funnel tactics as well as tie their campaign performance to mobile app attribution — which they had previously not been able to do. To achieve the campaign objectives, Viant developed a custom solution using their proprietary Viant Household ID (VHHID), which uniquely links consumer devices back to emerging channels like CTV. The full-funnel measurement enabled by the VHHID proved the CTV ad drove positive brand lift as well as conversions of mobile app installs and in-app purchases, realizing a $1.93 CPA as well as other strong results.
