To help drive site visits and increase purchases, a National Furniture Retailer leveraged Viant’s proprietary machine-learning (ML) predictive segments.
Leveraging Viant’s Data Platform, custom ML segments were built using the retailer’s first-party pixel data from all site actions, together with Viant’s household data, and then activated across best-in-class CTV inventory. Using conversion lift reporting, the ML segments showed an increase of three times as many orders as the original audience targeting segments.
